Sale Terms & Conditions
Any person attending this sale does so at his or her own risk. The terms of the sale are cash, and all settlements must be made at the close of the auction. The auctioneer has final sale call. All sales are final.
All horses are the buyers’ property as soon as sold. Buyers must make arrangements for care of the horses at their own risk until delivery is taken.
Bids
Persons unable to attend the sale may give bids by phone or mail to the ranch or auctioneer. All bids will be handled in strict confidence. Please make arrangements with the ranch before the day of the sale if you would like to phone bid. This will eliminate any confusion sale day. Also, if you are a new customer to Froelich Ranch, we will ask for a letter of credit..
Registration & Transfer
All horses sell registered with the American Quarter Horse Association.
We will be happy to assist you in making trucking arragements.
Lunch
Complimentary lunch served beginning at 12 noon.
Transportation
Several major airlines serve the Bismarck, N.D., airport. Small planes may land in Bismarck or McLaughlin, S.D. We will meet your flight if you give us advance notice
Announcements
Any announcement made from the block on sale day takes precedence over printed material. Please remember the photographs of the colts were taken in late July, so the maturity level will change and the color of the colts may change by sale day.
